A roof fall occurred in the #11 seam, 1 North panel at crosscut #24 in the intersection of #2 entry and extending through the piller line between # 2 and #3 entry. The fall measures 90'x18'x3'-8'. The area was supported with 3' fully grouted roof bolts.
