Narrative

IGNITION: The Continuous Miner was cutting coal and bottom rock in No. 3 Entry on No. 5 Section on the right side of the entr when an ignition occurred on the Mine Floor. The ignition lasted approximately 10 seconds and was put out with the water hose.
