## Narrative

The Dragline Mechanic was disposing of a Metal race bearing approximately 15lbs dropping it 8"" into a scrap metal bin. The Dragline oiler walked by the bin at the same time. A sliver of steal flew out striking the Dragline Oiler in the Rt. Elblow. The sliver puntured the skin and had to be treated with medication to prevent infection.
