## Narrative

Employee states he and a co-worker were removing an old belt scraper from the Refuse Building.  They carried it to the catwalk and slid it between the top and middle handrails.  As the scraper was pushed through, it shifted, catching and smashing EE's right thumb between the scraper and top rail.
