Narrative

Employee was installing new culverts. The rubber O ring slipped off the edge of the culvert as the employees were trying to get it started over the end of the culvert causing the employee to fall forward hitting his ear on the cut off end of the culvert which lacerated his lower left ear lobe. He received three sutures.
