## Narrative

EE was detailed to work on horizontal belt-on approach to work area & walking down slight incline, EE stepped on NE side of floor grating used for clean-up.  Grating is secure but sits approx 1-1.5"" above floor level.  EE felt pain in left ankle and went down to the floor on left side where he stayed until the shift super arrived to evaluate the situation.
