Member was in the process of putting drill steel against the roof to start drilling a hole, when a piece of rock measuring 0-1/2"" thick, 4"" wide and 12"" long, fell out and struck him on the side of his face, causing an abrasion to right side of face from below right eye and cheek and a laceration to his chin that required 4 stitches.
