Narrative

Employee stated while performing center bolter duties, he was putting the head of a cable bolt into the bolt wrench when the bolter operator lowered the drill boom catching the victim's rt. foot between the drill pot and the mine bottom. This resulted in a fracture of the metatarsal bone just behind the metatarsal protector of his boot.
