## Narrative

Employee was holding a box of clean rags and was going to cut the side of the box with utility knife to open it so the rags could be removed from the box and placed into a ""Clean Rag"" barrel. The box was on its edge and employee was holding the box with her left hand and cutting with her right hand, when the knife slipped and cut the backside of her left hand.
