Employee was steam cleaning the 34EX01 excavator bucket. He had raised his hands to spray down and as he brought up the wand, the connecting coupler came apart and the hose hit him in the chest with a spray of water. This pushed mud, grease and water up under his face shield and safety glasses into his right eye.
