Narrative

Employee was carrying a 5-gallon bucket with tools in it and stepped off a 14"" beam with his right foot and his knee twisted and popped. Employee declined to see a doctor at the time. On June 8th, employee asked to be take to emergency room due to knee pain, has not been back to work since.
