EE's of Bronco Drilling company failed to return to their rig site when returning from town. This was a frequently traveled road by all Bronco EE's to the rig. Investigation revealed that all 3 EE's were on their cell phones at the time and seat belts were not worn. EMT attendants noted impairment of all patients.
