EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING FROM ONE SIDE OF PLANT TO THE OTHER TO ACCESS THE FEED TUNNEL. EMPLOYEE STEPPED FROM CEMENT GROUND TO DIRT GROUND, ROLLING RIGHT ANKLE AS HE STEPPED ON TO DIFFERENT SURFACE.
