Narrative

On June 11, 2009 we received notification that employee was diagnosed with Occupational Pneumoconiosis with 10 percent pulmonary function impairment. We disagree with this finding and are contesting it. We are filing this 7000-1 to comply solely with the provisions of 30 CFR and 50.20 (a). If we wint the contest we intend to withdraw this 7000-1 filing.
