## Narrative

Employee was dumping ore from a hopper. The hopper was the larger one. It is considered too heavy for one person to dump she went ahead and tried it on her own, then asked a coworker to help. She did not report the accident until Monday morning when she came to work. She did not complain to anyone about pain until Monday morning.
