## Narrative

On May 18th employee descending 980 loader when foot slipped off last rung, then fell to ground. I was not informed until 6/9/09, when he stated his back was sore. He continued to work until 6/18/09. He stated his back kwas still sore, so I advised him to go to the doctor.
