A roof fall occurred in the #9 seam mine in the East Mains in #5 entry in the pillarline between crosscut 21 and crosscut 22 measuring approximately 50ft. long x 18ft. wide x 9ft. high. This area was supported with 6ft. tension rebar bolts and square timbers.
