## Narrative

The employee was working on the Main West head roller out in the pit. When he was done, he stepped on the belt rail to get down. His foot slipped and he tried to catch himself by grabbing the coal shute, which caused him to strain his right shoulder. He continued to work until Monday, 6/29/09.
