## Narrative

The MBC dolly had been loaded into the scoop bucket to facilitate the haulage system relocation for the section move. As the tramming operation began, the dolly shifted in the scoop bucket pinching the victim's index finger of his right hand which he had placed on the bucket of the scoop resulting in a laceration/crush/fracture of the right finger.
