## Narrative

Loader operator stood up from off his seat to speak with a supervisor. Operator claims he felt a ""POP"" to his right knee. Returned to his cab when conversation was over and continued to operate his vehicle. Realized something was wrong when operator could no longer press down on the vehicle throttle controls.
