## Narrative

Coworkers noted employee was having some problems with dexterity and a drooping lip. Our office manager took him to the emergency room. The emergency room physician stated (after taking several tests) that ""some time in the past day or so employee had had a stroke."" He was admitted to the hospital for additional testing.
