Narrative

Employee was unloading scrapper teeth from a loader bucket that was lowered to the ground, and neatly stacking the teeth on a trailer. The employee was carrying one tooth (approximate weight 12.5 pounds each) in each hand, while setting down the tooth with the left hand, employee felt a ""pop"" in his left arm, that is when he noticed a knot on his arm and felt pain.
