## Narrative

Mechanic was replacing a broken block pin in a cutter block using a punch and 3 lb. hammer.  Upon striking the punch with the hammer, a piece of pin that was being driven out broke away.  This ""zinger"" struck the mechanic in the tooth and upper lip.  A small corner was broken off the tooth.
