Narrative

The employee was beating on a railcar gate to get it closed to stop it from leaking. The car mover was hooked up to the car on the scale and while he was pounding the gate, the car began to move and caught the employee's right foot. He sustained a hyper extended right ankle and a contusion to the right foot and was put on restricted duty to allow it to heal.
