## Narrative

There were excavators working in the area. The Labor thought he was going out far enough around the excavator. He was on the blind side of the excavator of the boom. EE was going along the side of the pile when the operator put another rock on the pile the rock rolled down. He saw the rock coming toward him & proceeded to move out of the way. The rock hit his lower right leg.
