Narrative

A roof fall was found in the abandoned C-1 butt in the intersection of the #3 entry approximately 300' outby the face. The fall was 60' long x 6'-10' high. Area was bolted with 6' fully grouted 3/4"" bolts. Area was dangered off and timbered.
