Narrative

Two emps. attempted to remove a steering cylinder from a CAT 992G loader using an overhead crane to bump the cylinder horizontally. Emp. A and B were standing between the right side tires. Emp A's right hand was on the cylinder while Emp B operated the crane. After 3-4 bumps, the cylinder swung free pinching Emp A's hand between the hydraulic tank and cylinder.
