## Narrative

Employee was emptying dust bins, doing a lot of walking, and clearing out choked screws. Weather was hot over the 100 mark. He reported stomach cramps at apprx. 6:00 pm. Finished and went off shift. He felt worse on way home and stopped at the ER where he was admitted, treated for Heat Exhaustion and released a few hours later.
