Narrative

A Mechanic was helping to finish the tire job on a haul truck, he was using a torque wrench on the right front wheel and felt a sharp pain in his left lower abdomen or upper groin area. He checked himself and saw a ""bulge"" in the lower abdomen area. The mechanic was transported to hospital for treatment.
