Narrative

Employee mixed epoxy while wearing a respirator and Tyvek suit. He felt short of breath before and after mixing epoxy. He was removed from the temporary assignment and returned to his location where he worked for 6 weeks before taking a voluntary layoff. Management did not require him to run a water hose at his request, although he was capable as per Dr.
