The roof fall was discovered at 6:18am in the #4 Mains Section (#16 Crosscut, #5 Heading, 3200 ft outby the section). The roof was supported by 6ft Super Twist Bolts and 12ft Cable Bolts. The fall was 10ft x 10ft x6ft. Ventilation and machinery were not disturbed, and no one was injured.
