On 7/21/09 was notified the EE presented sufficient evidence to justify a diagnosis of occupational pneumoconiosis with not more than 10% pulmonary functional impairment attributable to this disease previously found in Claim #2003046058 7/13/03 and Claim #98055235 4/20/99.
