Narrative

The injured employee, a section manager on MMU 001 was rolling up curtain in entry #1 when a piece of roof rock measuring 52"" X 36"" X 1 to 3"" thick fell from the roof striking him on his hard hat and knocking him to the mine floor. The injured sustained a compound fracture to his lower right leg.
