Miner stated, ""I was loading high-line cable into a sled and raised up striking my head against the roof. I was just ""stoved"" up."" Mine site began investigation to determine reportability. Please note that the initial medical report on miner was received on 7/30/09. A medical diagnosis was received on 8/4/2009 diagnosing the miner with a lumbar sprain/strain.
