## Narrative

EE operated a haul truck on the nightshift. At the end of shift he felt stiffness in his back. He went home to bed and when he woke up he had severe lower back pains with sharp shooting pains down his legs. He went to the ER and was refered to an Othopedic Physician. EE has a histor of back pain and had a similar episode in Jan that attributed to his bed. No single event.
