## Narrative

EE was operating the continuous miner under supported roof on #4 unit, #4 entry crosscut 58 to 59 when a piece of roof rock dislodged from between the row of roof bolts and the right coal rib. The ee sustained simple non displaced fracture of the right transverse process.
