Narrative

The injured was lowering a roof jack when a piece of slate fell and struck him in the right upper arm. The injured contined to work, but he was experiencing weakness and pain in his right arm. A second exam revealed that he has a rotator cuff tear. He was taken off work on August 16, 2009.
