Narrative

A non-injury unintentional roof fall occurred on 001-0 section at cross-cut #30 between #1 and #2 entries. The fall was approximately 5' to 7' thick, 22' long and 18' wide. Using 60"" 3/4 fully grouted rods. Laminated roof gave way.
