## Narrative

The employee experienced a dizzy spell caused by a change in doctor prescribed medication.  The employee became disoriented while operating a battery powered scoop.  While trying to right himself in the cab, the employee's hand exited the cab striking an access ladder positioned on the slope.  He sustained a hair-line fracture of the wrist.
