A roof fall occurred in the #9 seam in the East Main Intake, between crosscut 27 & 28 in the # 7 entry. The fall measured 20.5' x 10' x 6'. The area was supported with 6' tension rebar bolts, 9' mega bolts, and 12' cable bolts.
