Narrative

While roof bolting a piece of rib rolled causing him to strike his chin against the machine splitting it and leaving a laceration. Initially treated as a minor first aid but began bleeding after leaving work. He sought medical treatment at a Prompt Care facility and received sutures to close the wound, returning to work unrestricted on his next scheduled shift.
