Narrative

Employee was removing steel with a cutting torch. When relocating, he lowered his torch. Once he did this, the flame from the torch touched a paint can that was under dust and rubble and the can ignited. Flames came at employee and he jumped off platform (approx 4 ft) to the main floor and twisted his ankle and received first degree burns (partial neck and chin).
