Narrative

Employee was trying to remove a support rod in the structure of the Central Tankhouse. After removing a bolt and nut, the rod would not come loose. The employee shook the rod, it came loose, pinning the employee's left pinky finger between the rod and the beam. Employee received 3 sutures.
