## Narrative

Employee was driving the tractor out of the mine when he pulled into a muck bay to move out of the way of traffic. A haul truck began to back up into the same muck bay trapping employee and tractor behind a haul truck backing up to them.  When the haul truck driver saw the helper waving him to stop he did, but employee driving the tractor was struck by the back of the haul truck.
