## Narrative

The fall occurred in the #9 seam at the 2nd Main North crosscut #73 between the supply road and belt.  The fall measured 30' x 15' x 7'.  The roof was supported by 6' Tension Rebar bolts, 9' Mega bolts, and 12' Cable bolts.
