The roof fall occurred at #3 Block in the A Sub-Mains Section, 500"" outby the section tail. The fall was 8"" X 8"" x 14"". The area was previously cribbed because of bad top. It was bolted with 8"" Supertwist Bolts. No ventilation or travelways were disrupted. No equipment was damaged. No one was injured.
