## Narrative

Employee was carrying an air hose while climbing into the back of his service truck, the hose caught on a step and pulled his left arm. He then started having pain. He was treated with first aid. Resulted in left shoulder strain. He received medical treatment on 9-1-09 at which time he became reportable.
