## Narrative

Employee stated that he was mounting the loader. His left foot slipped off of the second step. He slid down the steps onto the ground while holding onto the hand rails. Remounted loader and proceeded to work. Felt pain in left leg later. Went to doctor, checked out and returned to work. Became reportable when he missed work on 8-24-09.
