Narrative

While moving harness away from the cylinder head, individual cut the knuckle area of hand. Individual cleaned and bandaged cut and returned to work. We just discovered today that the individual went to the doctor after his shift and had a couple of stitches put in. Initial report showed no medical attention needed, and we were not made aware that the situation had changed.
