Injury was pulling the stem from a valve yolk when he felt a burning sensation in his upper right arm. He reported to medical & was treated and released for duty with no restrictions. After persistant pain an MRI revealed a small tear of his right rotator cuff. On 9/3/09 Gramercy Alumina was informed that he underwent surgery on 8/27/09. Re-classed to a lost time accident.
